April 23, 2021

Earth Day is an annual event on April 22 to demonstrate support for environmental protection. As a nature reserve we take this day to heart, and share the day with all our supporters, nature enthusiasts, earth-lovers and tree-huggers, and all those who contribute to protecting and respecting our natural world. For this Earth Day, The Woodlands Nature Reserve will host a relaxed evening outdoors with a backdrop of forests and views of beautiful lakes, to enjoy some live music, chilled vibes and a sense of wonder for the natural surroundings we call home. Let's commune in appreciation of Mother Earth and to think about what we can do to help our planet.

Join us Friday evening, APRIL 23,  for sunset and live music with Aggie Flores and James Frolio, as the light fades. Enjoy early evening access to the Reserve for a woodlands music set, beautiful sunset and a stroll. Bring your blankets, camp chairs,  and a picnic, your bikes and kayaks, and your favorite people. Dogs on leash welcome.

Upon entering the reserve you will park your car along Tram Road, and stroll to our nearby playground event space. Bring your camp chairs, picnic blankets, coolers, fun lights, and lawn toys.

Enjoy concessions with delicious baked treats, snacks, and incredible food from food truck, 2 Islands 1 Truck.

Tickets are $20 per vehicle online and at the gate
