CANCELLATION POLICY

Can't make it? We will be happy to reschedule your stay at any time. If you need to cancel your reservation, please call 843-400-3003 extension 3 before the deadlines listed below to receive your refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations are not acceptable.

Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all payments.

RV, Pop-up Tents, & Tent Sites: 24 hours cancellation notice is required. Notify The Woodlands Nature Reserve by 3 p.m. the before your scheduled arrival.

Zun Tent Cabins: 48 hours cancellation notice required. Please notify The Woodlands Nature Reserve two days before your scheduled arrival.

Casita Annie: Casita Annie has a special deposit and cancellation requirement. Please see AirBnB listing. 

Holidays, group reservations, and special events may have special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events.
