Sunday, June 6, 2021

Join us on Sunday afternoon, June 6th, for a creative day in nature. Experience 10+ local artists creating live, from glass blowing, to live painting; soap making to mushroom growing. Each artist will be offering their art pieces as they create, while others will be sharing their knowledge through workshops. To cap it all we’ll have a Live Sunset Soundscaping Set by Dj Moldybrain & Friends starting at 7 pm.

Artcelium Fest is a BYOB event. Bring your coolers, picnic blankets and tables and camp chairs for a fun casual outdoor experience.

Sign ups will be available on site on a first come-first served basis*

- Harmonic Connections w/ yoga Nidra - by Sunshine

Harmonic Connections workshop will take place under a copper pyramid that was gifted as a way to connect us to Father Cosmos and Mama Gaia. The workshop is freely open to all who are able to listen and silently respond to cues. Participants may want something to sit or lay on, but earthing is always welcome. We will begin connecting to ourselves through our breath and mantra, expand to connecting with other participants through eye gazing and tantric breath movement, and then connect to the universe through yoga nidra meditation that will provide 3 hours equivalent of sleep in 30 minutes.
- Mycelial Connections: Mushroom Workshop - by Bubba Greene III
The mycelial connection at the Woodlands is the Lowcountry’s newest organic mushroom farm farming Oyster mushrooms via the Coldwater Method. At the mushroom workshop we will be teaching techniques to make 3 gallon plant pots with spent sawdust spawn and making liquid culture jars. Participants will be able to buy newly made pots, as well as culture jars.
6 pm
- Soap Making Workshop by Mack
- Zen and the Art of Soup Making - by Renée
